Marion is a medical laboratory scientist certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology.  She also has a Masters degree in Clinical Laboratory Management and completed a specialist in blood banking certificate program. She has many years experience in the blood transfusion service in the U.S and in Trinidad and Tobago. In addition to the work done at Trinity she is an adjunct immunohaematology lecturer and provides non technical and technical advice to persons in need of blood, medical laboratory technologists respectively.

Crystal McMullen MBA,MLS, SBB is a healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience in clinical laboratory operations and management. She graduated from Wesleyan College, the first college in the world chartered to grant degrees to women, with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. In 2006, she received a second Bachelor’s degree from the Medical College of Georgia in medical laboratory science. She worked as a bench technologist for 5 years before earning a specialist certification in Blood Banking. Over her career, Crystal has served many roles such as Laboratory Supervisor, LIS Implementation Specialist, Laboratory Operations Manager, and Laboratory Director. Crystal’s laboratory leadership experience inspired her to earn a Master’s of Business Administration degree in 2020. Crystal recently transitioned from laboratory operations to a focus on hospital length of stay and social determinant of health (SDOH) initiatives. She is also currently pursuing an advanced certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute. Crystal resides in Florida with her husband of 16 years and their 2 children. In her spare time she enjoys mediating, reading tarot cards, drinking Starbucks, and watching funny cat videos.
